Service Description
Price includes 3 sessions. Use a moisturizer on the scalp for one month before the procedure for better results. Before your procedure, stay away from the following : Coffee - limit to 1 or 2. Alcohol – 48 hours. Blood thinners (Vitamin E, Aspirin, Niacin). Tylenol is allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments: At Bella Esthetics, we value your time and ours. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service. We send appointment reminders as a courtesy via email and/or text. To cancel or reschedule, call or text 403-874-6523 or email jessevolpato@gmail.com. Repeated no-shows may result in discontinued services. Training Courses & Digital Products: All course registrations, manuals, and digital downloads are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled training, you may reschedule for a future date with at least 72 hours’ notice. Products: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time!
